1. Acceptance of the Terms

By using MemoCook, you accept these terms of use and sale. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

MemoCook is a cooking recipe management app. It lets you create, import, organize and view recipes. Some features use artificial intelligence to structure content.

3. Use of the App

MemoCook is provided « as is » for personal use. You agree to:

Use the app in accordance with applicable laws
Not attempt to circumvent technical limitations
Not use the app for illegal purposes
Not extract or reuse the app's content in an automated way

4. Daily Usage Limits

To ensure a quality service and keep the subscription affordable for everyone, the use of the AI-powered recipe import features is subject to a daily operation limit.

The number of imports allowed per day depends on your plan (free or Premium)
Imports exceeding this limit are automatically queued and processed the next day
The publisher reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, without notice, to ensure the sustainability of the service
Features that do not require artificial intelligence (manual creation, viewing, organizing) are not affected by these limits

These limits help control the infrastructure costs related to third-party AI services and keep the subscription at the fairest price.

5. Intellectual Property

All app content (design, code, trademarks) is the property of Mikael Renvoisé and protected by intellectual property laws.

The recipes you create belong to you.

6. Premium Subscription

MemoCook offers a free plan with limited features and a Premium subscription with extended features.

Free plan: Limited recipe creation, basic features.
Premium subscription: Unlimited recipes, iCloud synchronization across devices, and access to all features.

7. Pricing and Payment

Premium subscription prices are shown in the app before any purchase. Payment is made through your Apple account (App Store).

Prices are displayed in your local currency, inclusive of applicable taxes
Payment is charged to your Apple account upon purchase confirmation
Prices may change; you will be notified before any renewal

8. Renewal and Cancellation

The Premium subscription renews automatically.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless cancelled
You can cancel at any time from Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep Premium access until that date
No pro-rata refund is provided for cancellation during a period

9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase. However, you can request a refund directly from Apple via the App Store within 14 days of purchase.

General Provisions

10. Limitation of Liability

MemoCook is provided without warranty. We are not liable for damages resulting from the use of the app, including:

Errors in content generated by artificial intelligence
Data loss due to mishandling
Temporary unavailability of the service

11. Personal Data

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, accessible from the app.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published in the app. In the event of a substantial change, you will be notified.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
